Turnkey house construction with a fixed scope
We build reliable, modern homes for clients who want a clear process and a predictable result. The work can follow a standard solution or an individual project, and the full cycle is managed by one team — from surveys and design to engineering, finishing, and landscaping.
A home should feel planned, not improvised. That is why we align the brief, estimate, and schedule before the build starts, then keep the process coordinated through each stage. If you want to see the level of completed work, take a look at the portfolio or explore the broader list of services.
Design and pre-construction
We begin with site review, geological surveys, architectural decisions, and engineering preparation. This stage helps set the scope, avoid hidden issues, and establish a practical path before materials and crews are committed.
The house shell
The structural phase covers the core of the build: foundations, load-bearing elements, slabs, and roof. It is the point where the project starts to take physical shape and the future layout becomes tangible.
Engineering systems
We coordinate the utilities that make a house comfortable and functional: electrical, water, heating, ventilation, and sewerage. These systems are planned alongside the architecture so they work together cleanly.
Finishing and exterior detailing
After the shell and utilities are in place, we move to interior finishing, windows, doors, and façade details. The goal is a balanced result that feels complete inside and out, not a collection of separate construction phases.
Land improvement
We also handle the outdoor part of the project: paths, terraces, fencing, and other site elements that make the property ready for everyday use. It is a natural continuation of the house, not an afterthought.
What clients value in the process
Each stage is agreed in advance, with the cost and terms fixed in the contract. We work with certified materials and keep the workflow aligned through a full-cycle team, including design, engineering, finishing, and site coordination. That approach is especially useful when comparing a new build with renovation work or when planning a larger transformation through reprofiling.
Clear deadlines
Timelines are discussed before construction begins and remain part of the agreed plan. This reduces uncertainty and keeps the project organized for both sides.
Certified materials
We use approved materials and modern methods to support durability, stable performance, and a clean final result.
Warranty and aftercare
Warranty support is provided for all types of work, with coverage of up to five years. After hand-over, we stay available for targeted adjustments where needed.
How the work is organized
- Inquiry and consultation. We discuss the brief, answer initial questions, and plan the first visit.
- Site assessment. The plot is reviewed, the scope is clarified, and the next steps are agreed in writing.
- Project and estimate. We prepare the design, coordinate engineering decisions, and calculate the budget and schedule.
- Construction. The build progresses in stages with quality control at each step.
- Hand-over. You receive a completed house with finishing and landscaping brought together as one project.
If you already own a property and need a different path, our team can also support related work through house construction, project preparation, or a broader review of the catalog at all services. To discuss your future home or reconstruction plans, send a request through contacts and we will prepare a consultation.
